Free resets occur only with account renewal and only if the account breached a rule. Paid resets are available at any time upon request through your dashboard.

The following actions result in immediate disqualification and permanent ban: credential sharing, multi‑accounting to evade limits, unauthorized data access, platform tampering, or falsifying identity/KYC.
