Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the  https://www.pitbulltraders.com/ website (the “Service”) operated by Pitbull Trader (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Agreement”) are a legal agreement between you and Pitbull Trader Funding LLC and its affiliates and successor entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Website Owner” or “Pitbull Trader”, the owner and developer of PitbullTraders.com. By registering for any service provided on PitbullTraders.com you become a client (“Client”) and you agree to be bound by all of the terms (the “Terms”) set forth in this Agreement as long as you remain a Client. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR ANY SERVICE ON PITBULLTRADER.COM, OR OFFERED BY PITBULL TRADER FUNDING, LLC. The Terms are subject to change at any time, effective upon notice to you.

BY CLICKING THE “I AGREE” BUTTON BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS.  THE MOST CURRENT VERSION OF THE TERMS, WHICH SUPERSEDES ALL PREVIOUS VERSIONS, CAN BE REVIEWED BY GOING TO WWW.PITBULLTRADERS.COM, AND PITBULL TRADER FUNDING, LLC RESERVS THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TERMS AT ANY TIME, AND WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

  • Limitations of Liability and Indemnification. By using any services provided by Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC you agree that in no event will Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC, Website Owner, its and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages as a result of your accessing the website and using any of the services available. Your sole remedy for any breach or default of this Agreement by Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC, or Website Owner shall be a return of any fees paid on unused accounts within a 72-hour refund window.  A $75 processing fee will be deducted from any refund. You indemnify and agree to defend and hold harmless Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC, PitBulltraders.com and Website Owner, its and their officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensees and web hosting services and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, outages, erroneous information, Acts of God, terrorist events or cybersecurity breaches, technology failures, and expenses (including but not limited to court costs, legal fees, awards or settlements) relating to or arising out of your use of Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC’s services, including any breach by you of the Terms contained in this Agreement.
  • Responsibility for Use of Website. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your actions and decisions to meet other people who you meet online by virtue of the services provided on Pitbull Trader. You understand that Pitbull Trader and Website Owner do not perform psychological testing or background checks on the individuals who may use the Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC’s services. You understand and agree that you must take all reasonable precautions before meeting others through the service provided by Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC, which includes, but is not limited to: exchanging e-mail first before giving out any personal information and meeting in a public place.
  • Do Not Rely on Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC.  Opinions, advice, statements or other comments should not necessarily be relied upon and are not to be construed as professional advice from Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC and Website Owner do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any of the information provided, none of the information provided is legal or financial advice, and Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC are not responsible for any loss resulting from your reliance on such information.
  • Right to Monitor. Pitbull Trader and Website Owner reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor materials posted in any public area and shall have the right to remove any information deemed offensive by our staff. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you remain solely responsible for your use of any information contained on the site.  Pitbull Trader reserves the right to remove content at its discretion and assumes no responsibility for third-party posts. Any content you publish using open tools grants Pitbull Trader a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content unless otherwise specified.
  • Modification of Agreement.  Pitbull Trader and Website Owner reserve the right to make changes to this agreement and all such changes may be communicated to you by implementation of the modified agreement on the website and by either email or announcement on the website.
  • Account Registration and Security.  Pitbull Trader and Website Owner will ask each user of the website to establish an account and provide payment before being able to access the products and services of Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC.  It is the responsibility of the user to maintain account security.
  • Responsible Trading Policy.  Each user may register only one email. Traders may hold a maximum of 5 active funded accounts. A maximum of 10 passed evaluations may be activated every 30 calendar days. Abuse of these limits may result in account restrictions.
  • Payment.  The obligation of Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC to provide services is dependent on the user’s payment for such services.  Any issues with billing or any inability to process charges will result in the cessation of services until payment is made.  You agree to comply with our Customer Due Diligence (CDD) policies, including providing valid identification and contact details. Unauthorized or suspicious activity will be investigated, and Pitbull Trader reserves the right to suspend accounts at its sole discretion.
  • Termination.  Pitbull Trader Funding LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time with or without notice at its sole discretion.
  • Confidentiality. It is agreed that all personal information given to Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC, or Website Owner, will be kept confidential by Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC and Website Owner, with the following exceptions: (1) basic biographical information (i.e. age, sex, race) will be posted with your user ID for others to view; (2) you actively chose to post your personal information for others to see; (3) you send a message to another party which will disclose your e-mail address to that party or (4) you have harassed another person via any service provided by Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC, in which case the confidentiality clause contained in this Agreement is rendered null and void.
  • Ownership, Copyrights, Trademarks, Licenses. Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC and Website Owner own and retain all proprietary and intellectual property rights to the Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC, Pitbulltraders.com, its trademarks and copyrights. EXCEPT FOR ANY INFORMATION THAT IS IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO REPRODUCE, TRANSMIT, SHARE, REPUBLISH, COPY, OR DISTRIBUTE THE INFORMATION, ANALYTICS OR GUIDANCE PROVIDED BY PITBULL TRADER FUNDING, LLC IN WHOLE OR IN PART OR ANY OTHER PROPRIETARY INFORMATION OF PITBULL TRADER FUNDING, LLC AND WEBSITE OWNER. By posting or sharing information to Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC and Website Owner you represent that you have the right to grant permission for use of that information by Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC and Website Owner in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC.
  • No Warranties. Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC and Website Owner provide services on an “as is” basis and do not make any warranty, express, implied, limited or other with respect to the services provided. Specifically, Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC and Pitbull Traders, PitbullTraders.com and Website Owner do not warrant that the service will always be available, be accurate, reliable, be uninterrupted, be error free, meet your requirements, or that any defects in the services will be corrected.
  • Communication.  We value your feedback and satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us directly support@pitbulltraders.com.  
  • Dispute Resolution.  You waive the right to participate in any class action claims. All disputes will be resolved through individual arbitration. No class-wide or consolidated claims will be allowed.
  • Jurisdiction. This Agreement or any dispute arising from this Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida without regard to provisions of conflicts of law.  You also agree to binding arbitration as the sole means by which to resolve any disputes with Pitbull Trader Funding, LLC or its affiliates.
  • Severability. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will be in full force and effect.
  • Certification. You certify that you are at least 18 years of age and that your answers to the registration materials on Pitbull Trader will be truthful. In accessing and Pitbull Trader you understand and agree that basic information concerning you, given to Pitbull Trader, such as your name, address and e-mail address are kept confidential, except where provided above or in Pitbull’s Privacy Policy.
  • Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes your entire Agreement with Pitbull Trader and Website Owner with respect to any services.
  • Waiver. The failure of Website or Website Owner to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.  Any waiver of this Agreement by Website or Website Owner must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Website Owner.
