How can I track my progress?

Trader dashboard shows real-time P&L, drawdown limits, daily loss, and trade history. End-of-day statements are also provided.

 

What support channels exist for trading or technical issues?

Email and ticket support from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CT, Monday–Friday.

 

What happens if my data-feed disconnects or the platform goes down?

Reconnect as quickly as possible. Losses incurred remain in the account. Report outages with timestamps.
